This mom and dad created a gender-neutral nursery using a beautiful paint color, adorable bedding, and super-creative use of our wall decals. Mom and dad coated the walls with Benjamin Moore’s Country Green to give the room a soft, soothing feel. They outfitted the bed with Sleepin’ Safari bed cribbing from Land of Nod. With colorful animals appliqued on the quilt and bumper, this was a great choice that accents the wall color perfectly.

The piece de resistance in this nursery is the fantastic wall decor found over the crib. File this under…wall decals, they’re not just for walls anymore! Mom and dad created their own custom artwork featuring some of our favorite decals. A cuddly blue elephant starts the parade, followed by a stately giraffe and lion. A lumbering hippo and darling little turtle round out the animal train. Carefully placed on wooden canvases, these one-of-a-kind pieces are modern enough for the room and timeless enough to be passed down the the grandchildren. We are, once again, blown away by the creativity of moms and dads everywhere!

This New York City mom went with a jungle theme in her little boy’s nursery, and the results are incredible! Benjamin Moore’s Grey Cashmere blankets the wall and provides a lovely backdrop for that Ouef Sparrow crib in white. Minimalist bedding provides some leeway to jazz up the walls with adorable decals, and that’s just what mom did! She chose two complimentary decal designs to bring some fun to her little boy’s room. Mom used our safari wall decal mural to create a little parade across the wall. A handsome giraffe leads the way followed by his charming safari friends. It’s only appropriate that the turtle acts as the caboose in this animal train!  Mom chose to personalize her son’s room with out premium personalized monkey wall decal. We just love how that mischievous little monkey looks ready to drop in on the fun as well!

Mom tells us, “The Safari wall decals match perfectly with the furniture and the Cloud B Monkey Sleep Machine and Tiny Love Sweet Island Dreams mobile!  We love them and so does everyone else that’s come by to see it!” We couldn’t agree more! This is a great example of two great looks that look great together. Fantastic job, mom!

Up, Up, & Away with this Gorgeous Hot Air Balloon Wall Mural

Mom, Dad, and weeDECOR custom created this wall sticker mural for their little one.

Balloons, birds, and blue combine to create one gorgeous wall decal mural for an equally gorgeous baby! We were approached by a San Francisco couple to design wall decor that would bring their vision of a perfect nursery to life. Dad proposed to mom in a hot air balloon (awwww….) so they though it fitting to design the nursery of their first born, Ryan, using a hot air balloon theme. They wanted bright and bold colors and asked weeDECOR if we could do something custom. At weeDECOR, we jumped at the chance to help out these awesome parents-to-be. Our designers are always at the ready when special requests come in, and we know that only the best will do when creating that perfect space for your precious wee ones!

Mom and dad prepared the walls by blanketing them in Benjamin Moore’s Ice Blue from the Aura line. The choice of a softer paint color was brilliant for this project, as the white in the clouds and bold colors of the balloons are a great contrast to the muted tones of the background.

Then, it was on to the mural design! In the center, we fashioned a blue and lavender balloon personalized with “Ryan” to serve as the focal point of the mural. We created balloons of various sizes to give the impression of depth in the room (notice how the smaller balloons seem further away than the larger ones?). We included lots of bold color combinations like orange/blue, yellow/green, red/white, and blue/yellow so that the balloons didn’t fade into the paint color.

But that’s not all! Mom and dad wanted a little extra something. In came the embellishments! The clouds (part puffy, part effervescent, and 100% adorable) are creatively placed in front of some balloons and behind others to add to the three-dimensional feel of the design. We pulled some of the bright colors from the balloons to create some matching birdies and voila! A stunning wall decal mural that has it all: personality, exquisite detail, and fun, fun, fun! After adding in the darling Dylan bedding by Serena & Lily, the room was ready for baby’s arrival.

But what does Ryan think about all this? We’re thrilled to report that mom and dad say, “Baby Ryan LOVES looking at his decals as he lays in his crib. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product!” We couldn’t be happier, either. Thanks for choosing weeDECOR!

These Moms go all “Owt” with weeDECOR’s Adorable Owl Wall Decals!

Owls are fast becoming one of the latest and greatest trends in nursery decor. Not only are they simply adorable, but they also give off that peaceful vibe that all new parents are looking for when decorating their nurseries and kids’ rooms. This mom added a special touch to her son's nursery with this personalized owl wall sticker.

Kellen’s mom is a great example of someone who went all “owt” with her nursery decor in this owl-themed room. The nature wall decal mural by the changing table is perfectly placed, allowing her little one to have something beautiful and intriguing to look at during all of those diaper changes. Two happy owls perch on graceful tree branches while some birds in flight make their way to a peaceful resting spot. There’s plenty of room for all sorts of friends on that towering tree!

Across the room, Kellen’s mom made his space personal and unique with our personalized owl wall sticker in pale blue. The colors look absolutely gorgeous and complement the other design elements so well! Mom found the super-fun rug at www.rugsusa.com and it’s only a matter of time before little Kellen starts to pitter patter from dot to dot. Mom kept the owl theme going in the crib with some adorable crib bedding by Dwell (one of our favorite designers of modern, fabulous nursery bedding).

So that other areas of the room didn’t feel left out, Kellen’s mom added some of the pieces from the nature wall decal mural to other walls. A single, sweet bird at the end of the crib watches over little Kellen when he sleeps, and yet another uses the photo collage as a landing place.

This room is such a fantastic example of a mom that uses the versatility of our designs in unexpected ways. She sticks to her chosen theme without overdoing it. Great job, mom!

This Quebec mom embellishes her kids’ walls with several different weeDECOR wall stickers, using color and birds to pull it all together. Aiden and Zachary share a room, but each sweet boy gets his own personal space thanks to the personalized dot arch wall decal over each bed. These wall stickers really make a statement and leave nothing to chance as to who sleeps where!

We love how this mom incorporated birds into the room with two distinct, fabulous designs. A Philadelphia mom found the perfect accent to her nursery with our sleeping owls wall decal. The browns and greens in this design look fantastic against the wall color. This mom used Valspar’s Betsy Ross House Moss as a great neutral color for the room. The dark walnut color in Graco’s Lauren Changing Table looks so rich against the muted walls. Unlike some of the other owls seen above, this group is fast asleep on a tree branch. It’s hard work being so adorable!

A Miami Mom scored the uber-contemporary furniture in Panama and Brazil and brilliantly used fun colors throughout the rooms. She personalized her boys’ individual spaces with our wall letter stickers in the “Smiley” type style. The bright blue was a fantastic choice of color! It looks great with the burnt orange accents on the bedding. Our wall letter decals stand out in the room without looking over-the-top.

The clean, modern design of these rooms offer a fresh interpretation of nursery and kid’s room decor. Good golly, Miss Mollie! This is one adorable room! Mollie’s parents put a lot of thought into the design of their little girl’s space. Mom tells us, “We decided on the purple, green and yellow theme because she was born in February and amethyst is the birthstone.” Awwwwwww…

Our bird branch wall sticker is an adorable addition to this room. In lovely lavender, these feathered friends perched on an elegant tree branch are keeping a close watch on little Molly. To bring a personal feel to the room, Molly’s parents used our wall letter stickers in the “Modern” type style to add her name. We love how they chose the color purple. It accents the purple flowers that float around the tree branch and keeps the look from being too matchy-matchy. That kind of attention to detail is something that always “wows” us when we see your photos. You guys think of everything!

A Cincinnati mom wanted to add a personal touch to each of her kids’ rooms using wall decals from weeDECOR. For Lexy, she chose the personalized bird branch wall decal. The cheerful birds flutter about Lexy’s name and look down at that adorable photo collage. A baby that beautiful deserves beautiful wall decor! We are glad our personalized owl wall decals are helping this Michigan mom design a kid’s bedroom that works for her boy and a girl. Mom tells us, “I purchased your owl wall decals to bring a boy and girl bedspread together in the same room. Tough feat!” We are so glad she found weeDECOR!

Mom chose our personalized owl wall decals in pale aqua and applied them to her fun, bright green accent wall. Her little boy “Noam” is shown in our smiley type style and her little girl’s name, “Abigail”, is shown in our lovely type style.

Mom tells us, “I posted these pictures on Facebook last week and already received several inquiries as to where I purchased them. I am very happy with them and much happier with your quality than with the quality from another company I ordered a different decal from.”

We love how the chocolate brown in the bedspreads and the wooden accents in the room bring gravity to the room in a way that allows the other colors to float within the room cohesively. And, we are big fans of her super cute elephant and owl throw pillows.

We were so glad to help mom decorate baby boy Henry’s monkey themed nursery by providing our personalized hanging monkey wall decal. We’re probably biased, but we think it adds the perfect touch to baby boy Henry’s tastefully decorated monkey themed nursery. This nursery has all the right colors and accents to make us proud.

Mom tells us her wall color is “Wisp of Smoke” from Mythic Paint. We love the soft, muted color with a tinge of purple. Her crib and dresser/changing table is from Munire, maker of elegant furniture for babies, toddlers, and teens. The style is “Essex” and color is “Siena”. The polka dot changing cover brings in beautiful shades of sage greens and browns and is from Carter’s. The cute monkey lamp on the dresser is from Lamb & Ivy’s Papagayo collection.

Mom purchased the coordinating monkey themed wall art and monkey outlet cover (not shown here) to finish off the monkey themed accents in her baby’s room.
