We were psyched to help this Massachusetts mom with her owl and nature themed, lavender nursery for baby girl Jenna. And, it looks like Jenna is very happy with it as well. Mom tells us, “My one year old loves her tree and little friends. We say goodnight to everyone each night before bed.” We love those smiles!

To get this lovely lavender look, mom started with Benjamin Moore’s Beach Plum lavender paint. She then purchased a variety of weeDECOR wall decals to embellish and create Jenna’s nature scene.

She decorated with our personalized owl branch wall decal in lavender and our smiley type style above the white crib. To decorate the rest of the room, she chose our classic tree wall decal in chocolate brown which adds nice contrast to the soft lavender and white accessorized room. She added weeDECOR’s butterfly wall decals, bird wall decals, owl wall decals, and a sweet baby turtle wall decal.

We love the angled picture frame collage she designed with our butterfly wall decals and a few family photos in silver frames. Precious!

Mom tells us, “I have received so many compliments and people always think it is paint – they can’t believe they are decals. They really are beautiful quality.”

For the finishing touches, mom chose an owl throw pillow and green butterfly lamp from Target. But, we must admit, the owl picture done by Jenna’s 7 year old obviously artistically-inclined sister is the true star of this show.

A Minnesota mom just sent photos of her pink and brown animal themed nursery for her baby girl Lily and we couldn’t wait to share!

She tells us, “Here are some pictures of our recent wall decal purchase from weeDECOR…We love it!  It looks great in our nursery.” She purchased our personalized elephant parade wall decal in chocolate brown and pale pink spelling out lovely Lily’s name in our classic type style.

For those of you seeking ideas and inspiration, her nursery decorating started off with Shalestone paint from Sherwin-Williams. Her nursery furniture, bedding, and accents are from JCPenney. The pink and brown elephant baby bedding is called “Emma” and is colored with pale pink, chocolate brown, soft mocha, and creamy white. The crib bedding is then adorned with delightful polka dots and elephants, giraffes, and turtles for that touch of fun. This Minnesota mom also purchased the coordinating wall hangings, mobile, and the safari animal themed lamp you see featured in her photos.

We love the work of Little Crown Interiors, an interior design shop in LA exclusively focused on baby nurseries and children’s rooms. Their latest work of art is an Asian inspired nursery in aqua, lime, and hot pink for the clients of an adopted Korean girl.  How lucky is this baby girl?  If you haven’t heard, aqua, turquoise, and Tiffany blue are the latest color trends in modern nursery décor and Little Crown Interiors uses them beautifully.

The bright green tree wall decal is stunning (although, we may be biased given our preference for wall decals) with birds and dragonflies embellishing the tree.  The darker, chocolate brown glider is a great way to tone down the vibrant colors as well as give you a piece that can move from room to room when the nursing years are over. For example, this pretty baby girl’s garden themed nursery in green and pink incorporates a traditional soft green and pink color palette with both delicate and vibrant accents to bring liveliness to the room. We love the mint green wall paint and the butterfly accents on the walls and sheer curtain for that delicate touch. Yet, we appreciate how the bright and vibrant floral rug is brought in without overwhelming the room. That is the brilliance of a great interior designer!
