You've found it! This Ohio couple is all about style and they used weeDECOR's wall decals to add that touch of playfulness every nursery needs. "We love our decals!", the couple told weeDECOR. They further explained, "We used the decals on the half of the nursery without the crib. We went neutral with the color and decor because we weren't sure if we were having a boy or a girl". At weeDECOR, we're a fan of modern and simplicity and are so proud to have helped this couple achieve their vision for their baby's room. The couple started with a base paint of Sherwin Williams "Basket Beige" The couple chose to highlight their nursery with monkey wall accents by decorating with our monkeys in a tree wall decal who swing playfully from the tree branches while eyeing the nearby giraffe wall decal and elephant wall decals. For additional wall accents, they placed a hanging monkey and monkey with banana strategically in corners around the room and near the windows. Above their bookshelf, they placed a mama and baby elephant with a sweet little bird perched playfully on the elephant's trunk. To get this look, you can borrow more ideas from our Ohio couple. These Moms go all "Owt" with weeDECOR's Adorable Owl Wall Decals! November 02 2011Owls are fast becoming one of the latest and greatest trends in nursery decor. Not only are they simply adorable, but they also give off that peaceful vibe that all new parents are looking for when decorating their nurseries and kids' rooms. See how moms and dads are incorporating these feathered friends to create sweet, serene spaces for their little ones. [caption id="attachment_4667" align="alignnone" width="507" caption="Our nature wall decal mural creates interest in a cozy corner of this nursery."][/caption] [caption id="attachment_4668" align="alignnone" width="507" caption="This mom added a special touch to her son's nursery with this personalized owl wall sticker."][/caption] Kellen's mom is a great example of someone who went all "owt" with her nursery decor in this owl-themed room. The nature wall decal mural by the changing table is perfectly placed, allowing her little one to have something beautiful and intriguing to look at during all of those diaper changes. Two happy owls perch on graceful tree branches while some birds in flight make their way to a peaceful resting spot. There's plenty of room for all sorts of friends on that towering tree! Across the room, Kellen's mom made his space personal and unique with our personalized owl wall sticker in pale blue. The colors look absolutely gorgeous and complement the other design elements so well! Mom found the super-fun rug at www.rugsusa.com and it's only a matter of time before little Kellen starts to pitter patter from dot to dot. Mom kept the owl theme going in the crib with some adorable crib bedding by Dwell (one of our favorite designers of modern, fabulous nursery bedding). So that other areas of the room didn't feel left out, Kellen's mom added some of the pieces from the nature wall decal mural to other walls. A single, sweet bird at the end of the crib watches over little Kellen when he sleeps, and yet another uses the photo collage as a landing place. This room is such a fantastic example of a mom that uses the versatility of our designs in unexpected ways. She sticks to her chosen theme without overdoing it. Great job, mom! [caption id="attachment_4669" align="alignnone" width="507" caption="weeDECOR's wall stickers make this room twice as nice!"][/caption] This Quebec mom embellishes her kids' walls with several different weeDECOR wall stickers, using color and birds to pull it all together. Aiden and Zachary share a room, but each sweet boy gets his own personal space thanks to the personalized dot arch wall decal over each bed. These wall stickers really make a statement and leave nothing to chance as to who sleeps where! We love how this mom incorporated birds into the room with two distinct, fabulous designs. On the left, the bird branch wall decal in yellow is a cheerful, charming addition to Zachary's side of the room. We're sure Aiden delights in gazing up at the owl branch wall decal that hangs over his bed. What an adorable, fun room! Thanks for sharing, mom! [caption id="attachment_4670" align="alignnone" width="480" caption="This mom makes Connor's space his very own with our personalized solo owl wall sticker."][/caption] The bold, bright colors of this personalized solo owl wall sticker add just the right punch of color to Connor's nursery. A sweet, solitary owl sits contentedly on the graceful arm of a tree and keeps a close eye on this baby boy. This particular design comes in several different colors so you are sure to find a good fit for your nursery. This New York City mom selected navy/pale blue...just perfect for a little boy! She further customized her design by spelling out Connor's name with our "Smiley" type style. We hope this personalized wall decal makes Connor and his parents smile right along with those letters! We love it! [caption id="attachment_4671" align="alignnone" width="479" caption="A too-cute trio of owls takes a little break."][/caption] A Philadelphia mom found the perfect accent to her nursery with our sleeping owls wall decal. The browns and greens in this design look fantastic against the wall color. This mom used Valspar's Betsy Ross House Moss as a great neutral color for the room. The dark walnut color in Graco's Lauren Changing Table looks so rich against the muted walls. Unlike some of the other owls seen above, this group is fast asleep on a tree branch. It's hard work being so adorable! weeDECOR offers a huge variety of owl wall stickers in our collection. You'll find owls in branches, owls in trees, and all-alone owls to adorn the walls of your nursery or kid's room. If you're looking for more ideas as to how to incorporate owls into your nursery or kid's room decor, see these customer photos.

That pretty much describes the words that came out of our mouths when we saw this fabulous modern orange and aqua nursery designed by a Massachusetts mom. Who can resist being pulled into this cheerful room? Baby may never want to come out! Mom tells us, "I didn't do a particular theme. I just wanted to focus on the color scheme of turquoise/blue and orange. That's why I loved the owl tree decal - because the owls were blue and orange." We're so honored to be a part of this mom's fabulous nursery and so glad she was willing to share her decorating secrets. She tells weeDECOR, "The room was already painted and ready to go a year ago when we moved in. It's a minty green. We purchased the crib 5 years ago (Nurseryworks) as it was originally my daughter's. The bureau came from IKEA. I made the two hanging owl pictures out of heavy paper stock and framed them. We purchased the bedding at Target (Bacati Mod Sports baby bedding) because it contained my color scheme. The accent rug was from Target as well as the orange lamp. The curtains were purchased at Walmart.com. I decided to incorporate both colored window panels on the large window." She further explains, "I love how the crib is the focal point in the center of the room. The tree on the wall block contains pictures of my husband, daughter, a 3D picture of the baby and me. Those trees were the centerpieces at my shower (some blue, some orange). The hostess of the shower used the colors of the nursery as the shower theme and wanted to tie in my tree wall decal with real trees as centerpieces. I ordered the paper lanterns to add more pops of color through lunabazaar.com (about $2 each). Overall, it was pretty inexpensive to decorate." So modern, so classy, and so cost savvy - we love it! [/caption] [caption id="attachment_4476" align="alignnone" width="448" caption="A Yellow Nursery with weeDECOR Owl Wall Decals"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_4478" align="alignnone" width="448" caption="Frog Wall Art in a Yellow Baby Room"][/caption] We can't help but smile when we see this yellow baby nursery decorated with our birds in a tree and owl branch wall decals. Sweet and serene is what we see and this Michigan family sees that, too. These parents tell us, "We get so many compliments from everyone who sees the nursery. The weedecor designs are so unique, and they really transformed our nursery from a relatively plain room into a fun, whimsical space!" That makes us smile even more! Mom and dad wanted baby's gender to be a surprise. So, they chose a lovely shade of yellow paint - Moon Dance by Behr. To keep with the sweet and serene feel, they went with pine colored baby furniture by Westwood Designs - specifically, Cypress Point line in Honey Pine. The parents knew they wanted wall decals and ordered our birds in a tree wall decal and owls on a branch. Dad tells us, "I was so impressed by the quality of the decals. The material is durable and bounced back even when I accidentally pinched a corner here or there. The texture even seems to blend with the grain of the nursery walls: several people who walked into the nursery asked if we had painted on the designs! The tree was fun to assemble. It comes in several pieces to make it easy to apply, and you can't see any seams once it is on the wall. When I saw all the leaves, I thought it might be difficult to get the pattern to come out 'correctly' (not being particularly artistic myself), but it is designed to make any arrangement come out nicely without much effort at all. My wife and I had a lot of fun seeing the design come to life." For the finishing touches, these parents chose the double border rectangular rug in Antique Linen, from JC Penney, Clouds & Stars sheets in cream, and Tiddliwinks Cozy Dot Blue Dust Ruffle. Finally they hung an oh-so-cute frog wall canvas they found while vacationing in Santa Fe, NM and placed a sweet owl statue on a shelf in a corner also found in an art gallery in Santa Fe. We think this aqua and yellow nursery is one of those rooms. We were delighted to help this Canadian mom decorate her baby room and were even more delighted that she was willing to share her decorating secrets with our readers. She told us, "I would LOVE if you could include my nursery pictures on your blog...the blog was SO helpful to me when I was deciding how to design my space. I would love to be a part of it!" We're so glad! Now, on to mom's secrets... She shares, "Since I didn't know the gender of the baby, I had to stick with a gender neutral theme so I thought the tree wall decal with the owls would be appropriate. The paint color on the walls is Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue and the ceiling is painted a light sunshine yellow color, Benjamin Moore Vellum." She further describes, "The baby bedding is from a company called Sweet Kyla and is called 'Cabana'. The crib is a Stork craft crib (Madison Stages) and I decided to paint the front of the drawers on the change table the same color as the walls." We love those drawers! "The dresser was my baby dresser, so it's over 30 years old. It was refinished and painted white and the drawers, too, were also painted the same color as the walls. I added crystal knobs to the dresser as well as change table drawer," she finishes. Finally, mom says, "I wanted to thank you for your helpfulness and professionalism. My husband and I LOVE the wall decals and we loved putting them together. I will certainly recommend your company to my family and friends. It was a great experience!" We couldn't be more pleased with the results ourselves. For more ideas on how to decorate your baby room with wall decals, see our other customer photos. [/caption] How precious does our tall whimsical white tree wall decal look in this little girl's room? This Bay Area mom incorporates classic home decor elements such as a curved foot board, a precious doll cradle, and a wooden play kitchen. She applied our white tree wall decal, also classic in style to create a little girl's room that is soft and cozy. We are going go-ga over how beautifully the whimsical white tree wall decal pops against the smoky blue paint. Thanks, mom, for sending in your photo! [/caption] For moms who would like to keep their baby room simple yet chic, here’s a design approach that could definitely inspire you. We send out a big thanks to Liv's mom for sending in photos of her baby girl's nursery! The central piece for mom in her baby's room is her classic-styled, bright white crib from Babies R Us. The crib is such a stunning piece that it is easy to decorate around it. First, to warm it up, mom gave it a splash of color by using a pale pink crib sheet perfect for baby girl Liv. She also chose a warm, but neutral shade of paint to highlight her crib and, of course, our wall decals. We love how the wall paint perfectly complements the nature wall decals? The eco-friendly baby room paint is Benjamin Moore's "Montgomery White". On the left side of the crib, mom places a simple lamp from Bed Bath and Beyond, and hangs a cute pink bunny from it to give it a touch of playfulness. Peeking out from the other corner is this animal patterned crib bedding called "All Creatures Great and Small" from The Land of Nod. It’s gender-neutral so perfect for baby boys and girls. Enriching the nature theme of the room, Liv’s mom makes use of our classic tree wall decal in mocha embellishing with blue and lavender bird wall decals and adorable pink owl wall decals. She applies her tree wall decal just beside the crib. You’ll also find our personalized owl wall decal perched quietly on the tree branch watching over baby Liv in her crib. With the same shade of pink, Liv’s mom used our classic type style to spell out Liv’s name – giving it that intimate, personalized look. Other tree friends watch over Liv in the form of lavender birds, flying around, standing, and peeking over the crib. If you wanted to go a bit more "girly", you could use butterfly wall decals instead of birds and even try some flower wall decals. We love how this nature look with classic crib is so easy on the eyes, not to mention very relaxing. This theme is not only for baby girl rooms though – it can also be used for little boys’ rooms as well. Just play around the color shades and voila – a nature inspired nursery room for your little boy! Thanks, again, mom! What a Fine Day in the Garden! A Pink & Lavender Nature Themed Nursery from a Bay Area Mom April 24 2011[caption id="attachment_4182" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="Pink & Lavender Girl Nursery with weeDECOR's Brown Classic Tree Wall Decal"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_4183" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="Brianna's Personalized Owl Wall Decor with Butterflies"][/caption] How calming is it to be surrounded with colorful butterflies and flying little birds as if nestled in a serene, beautiful garden? This is exactly how we felt the moment we saw Brianna’s nursery - thanks to our mom from the San Francisco Bay Area. Brianna’s mom used our classic tree wall decal in rich chocolate brown as the highlight of her nursery and placed it just over the changing table providing the nice illusion of nature and sitting under a tree. Our standing bird wall decals in yellow and purple were also used to complete the visual, painting an inanimate picture of a beautiful garden on a nice day. To further accessorize the tree, Brianna’s mom added weeDECOR’s owl wall decals in purple perfectly complementing the wall paint of the nursery. The two-toned wall paint in pale pink and lavender in harmony with the purple owl wall decals set the cozy and serene ambiance of Brianna’s nursery. The paint is from Disney's line at Home Depot ("Hopeful" and "One Enchanted Evening"). Embellishing the theme of Brianna’s nursery are our heart butterfly wall decals in pink. Like a mom’s abundant love for her child, this San Francisco mom filled her baby’s walls with heart-shaped butterflies in pale pink and green accents, bringing nature to the baby's room. Watching over Brianna’s crib is our personalized owl wall decal in pale pink with classic type style. The owl sits perfectly still in a tree branch surrounded with birds and butterflies overlooking the crib. The crib bedding, the pretty polka dot rug and the clock used to accessorize the nursery were all from Pottery Barn Kids while the chair is from Babies r Us – all perfectly color coordinated to match and complement each other. And, mom added cherry wood furniture from Costco to give balance to the softer colors in the room. Thanks mom for sending in your photos! We love how you perfectly put together all the owl, tree, bird, alphabet and heart-shaped butterfly decals to embellish your little angel’s room. A Cincinnati Mom Explains How Easy it is To Apply, Remove, and Reapply weeDECOR Wall Decals March 24 2011[caption id="attachment_4073" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="Yellow Nursery with weeDECOR Wall Decals"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_4078" align="alignnone" width="498" caption="Mom & Baby Julian James Born 2/25/11 at 12:22 am"][/caption] Big thanks to this Cincinnati, Ohio mom who sent in photos of her weeDECOR wall decals in her baby nursery and gorgeous baby Julian James. Mom tells weeDECOR, "Attached are the pictures of the nature wall decal mural we ordered from weeDECOR. We put the mural in our nursery and it goes perfectly on the bright painted yellow walls. Our "theme" for the nursery is a bright, whimsical, animal theme. We have the animal quilt on the glider, and then a fun elephant/bird valence on the window. Since we aren't finding out whether baby is a girl or a boy, we wanted to keep the room gender neutral -- but not boring. The mural is the perfect addition to the room!" We're so glad! This mom also told us how easy it was to remove her wall decals and put them back up. She says: "We put the mural on the same wall where the nightstand would be. We put the nightstand together AFTER we initially put up the mural -- but the nightstand was too tall! So we had to take the mural down and raise it higher on the wall, which was something I was a bit nervous about. However, the mural easily came down -- no problems at all -- and it was a piece of cake putting the mural back up." "We're very pleased with the quality of the mural, as well as the quick shipping and turnaround after placing the order. I'd definitely recommend weeDECOR to friends -- and already have!" Thanks, mom! We're so glad we were able to help you with your nursery decorating and congratulations on baby Julian. Precious! Oh, What a Beautiful Morning! A Lemongrass Green Nursery & weeDECOR Owl Wall Decals March 13 2011 2 Comments[caption id="attachment_4041" align="alignnone" width="447" caption=""Wales Green" Baby Boy Nursery with Trees & Owls"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_4042" align="alignnone" width="432" caption=""Wales Green" Baby Room with Nature Accents & Trees"][/caption] Take a look at this sweet and serene lemongrass green baby boy nursery designed by New Jersey mom of baby Theodore. Her decorating approach was to stay away from a specific theme but strive for a calm, nature feel. And, that she did! Since mom and dad were not going to find out the gender of the baby ahead of time, mom wanted to stay neutral. She chose a pretty spring green paint called “Wales Green”. With lemongrass tones, this green paint is a great neutral as it is on the cool side of green. And, green is the perfect shade for peace and tranquility. Mom purchased her crib from Babies R’ Us and her nature baby bedding from Land of Nod. Called “Oh What a Beautiful Morning” mom tells weeDECOR, “The bedding has a large tree on it so the owl branch wall decal went very well with it”. To decorate the rest of the nursery, you can see mom chose the Tuscany glider by Storecraft (from Amazon) in a soft neutral colored cream. And, mom’s friend painted the lovely sun and tree wall art you see above the glider to match the quilt overlaying the glider that she had purchased for the couple. What a crafty friend and what a lucky mom to have such a crafty friend! We are also quite keen on the cute duck throw pillow on the glider and the bookshelf next to the crib full of lovely little knick-kicks like stuffed monkeys, fun bedtime books, and cute green storage baskets. And, as wall décor above the baby's crib, mom purchased our personalized owl wall decal for baby Theodore in navy blue featuring our modern type style. Thanks for sending your photos, mom! Too Early for Spring in Chicago? Not for this Mom & Our Nature Wall Decals! February 13 2011 1 Comment[caption id="attachment_3964" align="alignnone" width="504" caption="weeDECOR's Nature Wall Decals in Pink"][/caption] Too early for spring might you say? Not for this Chicago mom! She purchased weeDECOR’s nature wall decal mural for her gender neutral baby room and tells us, “We really love the modern feel of weeDECOR wall decals!” That makes us very happy to hear. We asked mom how she went about designing her nursery so you could have the scoop. She says: “weeDECOR’s nature wall decals were used in our unisex kid’s room. Given that we live in the city, we needed a creative way to make our room work both for our 3 year old son and our now 6 month old daughter.” “We decided on a nature themed room and kept the walls a nice sky blue with paint by Benjamin Moore called Whispering Spring”. Blue is a highly versatile paint color for a baby nursery. Based on our research, it is the most popular shade of wall paint for a baby's room. Blue is a wonderful decorating color for a nursery as it can be kept gender neutral or made more masculine or feminine with other decorative accents like baby bedding, curtains, rugs, and storage. Blue paint also serves as the perfect setting for the sky in a nature themed room. Mom told us that having the option of choosing the owl colors - blue, pink, or green - allowed her to keep elements of femininity in the nursery without being too girlish for their baby boy. Mom chose crib bedding that also has a nature theme featuring robin egg blue, shades of green, and taupe - Dwell Studio’s Robin collection. She put the tree wall decal over the crib to coordinate with the baby's bedding and accented with pink owl and bird wall decals. She also put our standing bird wall decals near the changing table and though it is not shown in the photo, there is a bed on the other side of the wall that has lilac flowers on it to coordinate with her nature theme. Thanks, mom, for sending in your photos! For more nursery decorating ideas using weeDECOR wall decals see other customer photos. Fabulously Fun weeDECOR Animals in Baby Abigail's Nursery February 10 2011 1 Comment[caption id="attachment_3909" align="alignnone" width="503" caption="Nature Themed Wall Decals from weeDECOR"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3910" align="alignnone" width="492" caption="Butterfly and Bird Wall Decals by weeDECOR"][/caption] Baby Abigail from Massachusetts is a lucky little girl. Mom used our wall decals to decorate her animal themed nursery. Using a combination of pinks, purples, yellows, and greens and a wide variety of animal motifs, mom designed a fabulously fun baby girl nursery. We love how the blue painted walls envelop her baby's room like a sky at dusk. Mom purchased many of our wall decals including our large classic tree wall decal in brown which she embellished with our pink polka dot owl wall decal and our green boy owl wall decal. She included a bright pink giraffe wall decal at the foot of the tree. Note above the glider sits our bird on a branch wall decal in bright pink. We bet those two little birds smile sweetly down at mom while she's nursing baby Abigail. Over her changing table, mom decorated with our heart butterflies in pink and purple and our polka dot butterflies in yellow and green. So cute! She placed sweet flying bird wall decals above the crib in yellow, lavender, and bright pink. They look so sweet flying through the sky. Mom's animal themed baby bedding and changing table cover is called "Morning Zoo" from Land of Nod and features pink and green elephants, hippos, alligators, giraffes, and birds. The crib bedding set also comes in a pretty blue and green. Thanks, mom, for sending your nursery photos to weeDECOR. Andrew's Elegant Nursery and our Classic Tree Wall Decal November 25 2010[caption id="attachment_3443" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="weeDECOR Classic Tree Wall Decal with Yellow Birds"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3444" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="Sumptuous Glider & Nursing Corner in a Baby Blue Nursery"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3445" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="Blue Painted Nursery with Elephant Themed Decor from Pottery Barn Kids"][/caption] It is easy to see that baby boy Andrew is going to feel perfectly at home in his new room. And, we were so glad to be able to help create that cozy feel with our wall decals. Want to know how mom and dad put Andrew’s nursery together? They were kind enough to share their decorating secrets. They painted the walls with Benjamin Moore's Soft Sky baby blue paint (#807). The soft blue, pale green and creamy white color palette serves as the cornerstone of their décor creating a cozy baby room in their Connecticut home. They decorated the changing table area with our large, classic tree wall decal in mocha and our yellow bird wall decals. What a great way to keep Andrew distracted during changing time as well as to add a bit more whimsy to the room. They furnished their nursery with a white crib called Bonavita Seaside Lifestyle Crib that conveniently converts into a toddler or full size bed. The crib and matching double dresser are from Simply Baby & Kids in Monroe, CT. They added a white rocking chair & matching ottoman which are swivel gliders and were also purchased at Simply Baby & Kids. They added other furniture accents such as a small white table by the window and a bookcase which were purchased at The Christmas Tree Shop. The coordinating white floor lamp base next to the glider was purchased at Target. The crib bedding, curtains, and rug are part of Pottery Barn Kids’ Eli Elephant collection and aren’t they just adorable? The elephant rug over the beautiful hardwood floor, in particular, really pulls the room together. Mom and Dad tell us that the elephant lamp with green polka dot shade and the larger green lamp shade were also purchased at Pottery Barn Kids. And, for the finishing touches, mom and grandma partook in a craft project to personalize Andrew’s nursery. They purchased white, 9 inch hanging wall letters at Michael's craft store, painted them with polka dots of green and blue paint, and hung them over the crib. Big thanks to this Connecticut mom and dad for sharing their nursery with weeDECOR! For more ideas on how to use weeDECOR wall decals to decorate a gorgeous nursery, see other customers’ baby rooms.
[/caption] [caption id="attachment_3684" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="weeDECOR Standing Bird Wall Decals in Yellow"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3682" align="alignnone" width="491" caption="A Gender Neutral Nursery with Hand Painted Wall Art by Dad"][/caption] We’re not sure who is going to be more surprised - this Seattle mom and dad when they find out the gender of their little one or their soon-to-be baby when baby sees her fabulously decorated nature themed nursery complete with dad's artistic touch. Who do you think? Mom tells weeDECOR, “We love the weeDECOR nature wall mural in bright green and yellow". As always, we were delighted that our wall decals helped mom and dad with their nursery decorating and are honored to share artistic wall space with dad. Want this look? Soon-to-be mom gave us lots of detail on how she and dad decorated their baby’s room to serve as inspiration for your own nursery design. Since baby’s gender was going to be a surprise, mom and dad wanted to keep the room gender neutral, yet incorporate bright and bold colors for a clean, modern look. They purchased the “Alex” baby bedding set from Serena & Lily in white, lime green, and navy blue and coordinated with a navy glider from Best. Mom & dad tell us they like the eclectic look and found their crib and changing table at a consignment store (They also like “keeping it green” by giving beautiful furniture a new life). They added a shearling rug under the changing table for added texture and a plush surface more pleasing to the feet. The white dresser is a simple and stylish piece from Ikea. When it came to applying her wall decals, mom explained, "We have high ceilings in the baby’s room so we placed the tree “growing” out of the changing table and the birds soaring up the wall so baby has a lovely distraction during diaper time. We stuck the standing bird wall decals near the ground where play time will be as he or she grows. The owls in the mural are perfectly playful and cheerful – such a smart look for a babies’ room!” To put the finishing touches on their nursery's wall decor, dad hand painted the watermelon and carrot pop wall art for a unique look and in hopes of inspiring baby to share her parents’ love for food. NYC Mom Decorates a Nature Nursery w/ Birds, Trees, & Monkeys w/ weeDECOR Wall Decals September 29 2010[caption id="attachment_3527" align="alignnone" width="480" caption="weeDECOR's Removable Tree Wall Decal in William's Nursery"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3528" align="alignnone" width="480" caption="weeDECOR's Personalized Premium Hanging Monkey Wall Decal "][/caption] Baby William is a lucky little boy! He gets to sleep in this darling baby blue, nature themed nursery with a happy monkey hanging from his wall. How fun! This NYC mom ordered some of our wall decals for the nursery and tells weeDECOR, “Attached please find photos of our nursery using your fabulous wall decals. We are thrilled by how it turned out! We hope these are useful to other customers.” We think they look fabulous, too! To decorate his nursery, Mom first painted his room with Benjamin Moore’s Little Boy Blue paint. She then adorned his walls with weeDECOR’s classic tree wall decal in brown with bird wall decals in yellow. She placed them above the crib which gives the illusion of baby William sleeping under a cozy tree. For baby bedding, mom chose a set from Babies R Us featuring lions, monkeys, giraffes, palm trees to add color and even more happy creatures to the mix. Over the changing table area, mom applied our premium personalized monkey wall decal spelling “William” with our modern wall decal letters. We’re pretty certain that cute hanging monkey will keep baby William entertained for at least 30 seconds during a diaper change ;) Thanks, mom, for sending over your photos. We’re so glad you like our wall decals! See other nurseries decorated with our wall decals for more baby room decorating ideas.
Lovely Lavender Owl Themed Nursery for Jenna September 08 2010[caption id="attachment_3476" align="alignnone" width="450" caption="Jenna's Lavender Nursery with weeDECOR Owl & Tree Wall Decals"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3477" align="alignnone" width="449" caption="A Creative Take on weeDECOR's Butterfly Wall Decals"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3478" align="alignnone" width="525" caption="Owl Picture: Decorative Contribution from Big Sister"][/caption] We were psyched to help this Massachusetts mom with her owl and nature themed, lavender nursery for baby girl Jenna. And, it looks like Jenna is very happy with it as well. Mom tells us, “My one year old loves her tree and little friends. We say goodnight to everyone each night before bed.” We love those smiles! To get this lovely lavender look, mom started with Benjamin Moore’s Beach Plum lavender paint. She then purchased a variety of weeDECOR wall decals to embellish and create Jenna’s nature scene. She decorated with our personalized owl branch wall decal in lavender and our smiley type style above the white crib. To decorate the rest of the room, she chose our classic tree wall decal in chocolate brown which adds nice contrast to the soft lavender and white accessorized room. She added weeDECOR’s butterfly wall decals, bird wall decals, owl wall decals, and a sweet baby turtle wall decal. We love the angled picture frame collage she designed with our butterfly wall decals and a few family photos in silver frames. Precious! Mom tells us, “I have received so many compliments and people always think it is paint - they can't believe they are decals. They really are beautiful quality.” For the finishing touches, mom chose an owl throw pillow and green butterfly lamp from Target. But, we must admit, the owl picture done by Jenna’s 7 year old obviously artistically-inclined sister is the true star of this show. Big thanks to this Massachusetts mom for sharing Jenna’s nursery with weeDECOR. See other weeDECOR customers' photos for more ideas on how to use weeDECOR wall decals in your nursery decor.
An On-Top-of-It Connecticut Mom's Warm, Butter Yellow & Pink Nursery September 03 2010[caption id="attachment_3470" align="alignnone" width="480" caption="Pale Pink & Butter Yellow Connecticut Baby Nursery "][/caption] [caption id="attachment_3471" align="alignnone" width="480" caption="weeDECOR Tree Wall Decal with Pink Birds & Owls"][/caption] This Connecticut mom had it all together just in time for the arrival of her baby girl barely a week ago (August 27th). Congratulations on your little one’s arrival, mom! We were so excited to help her put the finishing touches on her baby’s nursery with our nature wall mural decal in pale pink. She tells weeDECOR, “You can see how nicely the tree and birds coordinate with our nursery. It really looks perfect! We love the decals and we're already getting so many compliments on them!” One of our most popular items, our nature wall mural comes with our classic tree wall decal in mocha and several embellishments to create a sweet and serene scene. Pink owls that hoot and baby pink birds that chirp (OK, you might need your imagination for that) add those touches of fun we seek. For the rest of her baby girl’s room, this CT mom used “Moonlight” by Benjamin Moore as her warm, buttery yellow wall paint. We love the coziness that brings to the room! Her pink and yellow crib bedding is from Pottery Barn Kids and is the “Kelsey” set. She purchased her coordinating pink rug from HomeGoods and added other touches such as the light pink valences, a comfy-looking, light brown nursing chair and ottoman, and a perfectly pink piggy bank. Mom tells us, “We love how it all came together!” We do, too! Big thanks to mom for sending in her photos and sharing her decorating style with weeDECOR.

[/caption] This Pennsylvania mom purchased our nature scene wall decals in yellow to match her little boy’s brown, yellow, and green nursery and we wanted to share her comments with you. She tells weeDECOR, “I love the decals! They went on so easy! They are of very good quality and very smooth. I was worried about putting them up myself, but I was able to put them on the wall all by myself and it only took less than a half hour. Thank you for everything! And I would highly recommend your company to any friend who was looking for wall decals!” We love how the green and yellow owls peer over baby Oliver’s crib and how the bird wall decals stand perched on his crib. It is so cute and natural to have these baby birdies there to sing Oliver to sleep. Mom selected our apple green wall decal letters in modern type style to personalize her nursery. We love how she placed her wall letters right under the large tree wall decal. Just darling! We are glad our decals match so nicely with her sweet yellow and green striped and polka dotted motif. Thanks, PA mom, for sharing your photo. We are sure Oliver is loving his new nursery!
wall decals. We promise! In less than 15 minutes, we decorated a wall in this Palo Alto, CA home last week with our nature wall decal mural which includes our large tree wall decal and owl and bird wall decals. It turned out just beautiful and we wanted to show you how easy it is for you to get this look. Our nature scene wall decal is shipped in a tube and comes on a large piece of paper like seen below. If you're a planner, you can cut around the branches of the tree by creating separate pieces and taping them to your wall to see how the tree will look before adhering to your wall. Notice how each of the branches is numbered so you can see how they fit together? [caption id="attachment_3306" align="alignnone" width="365" caption="weeDECOR Tree Wall Decal before Applying to a Wall"][/caption] We like to start with the trunk of the tree to give the mural a center point. It's easy to peel and stick the trunk to the wall smoothing out any bubbles with your hands along the way. Since our wall decals are removable and reusable, you can move them if you change your mind on the location. [caption id="attachment_3307" align="alignnone" width="451" caption="Step 1: Applying the Trunk of our Tree Wall Decal"][/caption] We then applied the remainder of the branches. It’s OK to have the branches overlap a bit where they meet the trunk of the tree. It is barely noticeable. [caption id="attachment_3308" align="alignnone" width="465" caption="Step 2: Applying the Branches of the Tree"][/caption] Once the branches were on the wall, we placed the leaves. [caption id="attachment_3309" align="alignnone" width="465" caption="Step 3: Applying the Leaves to the Tree"][/caption] We then embellished with the owl wall decals and bird wall decals. [caption id="attachment_3310" align="alignnone" width="465" caption="Step 4: Embellishing with Pink Owls & Birds "][/caption] Voila! [caption id="attachment_3312" align="alignnone" width="427" caption="Less than 15 Minutes Later..."][/caption] Beautiful (if we say so ourselves) and fast! Note that our nature scene wall decal mural comes in blue, pink, or green for a gender colored nursery. If you want different colors, you can purchase our tree wall decal separately and add embellishments in other colors from our wall decal color palette such as navy, aqua, lavender, and lilac. Our tree wall decal also comes in a dark chocolate brown, cream or white in addition to the mocha shown here.

This is one clever mom! She used our classic tree wall decal to create a branch over the mantle in her baby’s nursery and added our large pink owl wall decal, pink standing bird wall decal, and flying bird wall decal as accents. Why didn’t we think of that? She tells us, “between the mantle and the wall there's a big window with a view of a big walnut tree so it's like a huge expanse of real and imagined greenery! I am going to put a flokati rug below the tree so it's grass-like to create a little hidden corner in the room”. She further says, “I love the decals, as I'm averse to putting lots of holes in the plaster walls in our house. We used decals in this same room for our son, who's now 4 years old. Rather than spackling and repainting, all we had to do was peel off the old decals and put up the new ones…it saves so much time and hassle. When our baby girl grows out of these, we'll do the same routine again.” We love the look of our wall decals in this nursery. But, we cannot deny that they look so beautiful because they are surrounded by our Missouri mom’s chic style. We love how she painted her baby girl’s room in soft yellow and the molding and trim are highlighted in white. Her choice of similarly toned pastel accents – a pink floral table lamp with gorgeous texture, a pale blue glider and ottoman, and a cute little frog blanket draping over the chair – bring both diverse color and cohesiveness to the nursery. The fireplace and mantel are an interior designer's dream as they add character and visual interest that is difficult to replicate. And, the addition of a sumptuous flokati rug will be the perfect finishing touch. What a lucky baby girl!
